Optimized Users are unique users who participate in active optimizations. When a user requests a configuration, our underlying algorithm assigns a personalized configuration that sticks with the user for a configurable duration (usually days). Since calling the optimization algorithm is computationally intensive and requires fast in-memory storage, we use this as our primary billing metric. Users simply receiving the default app configuration do not count toward this limit.

If you exceed your Monthly Optimized Users limit, our system will gracefully fall back to serving the default app configuration to new unique users instead of calling the optimization algorithm. This avoids costly compute calls while ensuring your users still receive a configuration without any interruption. You can maximize your free tier by running optimizations up to your capacity and then applying the top-performing configuration to your default app settings.

Invoices are issued to your bank transfer(wire) or PayPal account, with payments made according to the agreed terms. Supported networks (Swift, MIR) We will notify you once your quota limits are reached. Billing follows a cumulative 28-day cycle: for example, if you optimize 100,000 users within 28 days, an invoice for $1,000 will be issued to cover that period. Any optimization occurring from the 29th day onwards will be billed in the next 28-day cycle.

We process payments via PayPal with no trial periods. When you subscribe to a Pro or Max tier, you are charged at the start of your billing period. Your plan remains active for the duration of the paid period, so even if you cancel your subscription, you will still retain access to your plan's benefits until the current billing cycle ends.

Your Monthly Optimized Users quota resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused quota does not roll over to the following month.

Yes, each plan includes a maximum number of apps you can manage under your account. The Free plan allows up to 2 apps, the Pro plan up to 10, and the Max plan up to 100. If you need to manage more apps, our Enterprise tier offers custom extended limits.
